Having travelled long haul with 3 children on many occasions, we have first hand experience of the particular challenge this represents! Firstly, we have to say, are you really sure that you can face two nine hour flights with an infant on your lap, or constantly demanding attention in the seat next to you?

That said, if you choose a direct, non stop flight, and a family friendly resort, or a self catering villa, then the Caribbean is excellent value for money, particularly if travelling during summer holidays when there are plenty of special offers on top of what are already low season prices. The fact that summer is low season owes more to low demand from Europe and North America than the chance of inferior weather and you will find many resorts much quieter than the Mediterranean.

For added value consider an all inclusive resort, so that your final bill will not be swollen by numerous ice creams and cokes! We can usually pre arrange seating on scheduled flights, with pre booked children’s meals. Furthermore children under 12 receive a significant discount on scheduled flights. We have avoided the large mass market resorts in selecting our portfolio and we list below a selection of hotels and resorts that are suitable for family holidays.
