As the name suggests, Cuisinart is the place for Gastronomes in Anguilla. The kitchens are supplied with salads and herbs largely by the resort’s hydroponic farm, the only one we know of in the Caribbean! The organic gardens are another unique feature of the five star resort.

As well as the focus on food, the beach at Rendezvous Bay forms a white sandy line between the lush grounds and the turquoise sea. So if you are feeling sleepy after a lovely lunch and a massage in the spa, what better way to spend the rest of your day than on the beach!

Because Anguilla is only 16 miles long and 3 miles wide it is a very easy island to explore, and very easy to get around by taxi or rental car, so you are not tied to your resort! Within a ten minute taxi ride is a wide range of superb restaurants which will keep the true food lover happy for weeks.

The awardwinning Venus Spa is a haven for spa-goers and comprisies 16 treatment room including wet rooms, couples suite and a unique Men's Club Room. The Spa offers and extensive menu of treatments including facials, wraps, scrubs and a hair salon.

YOUR DAY AT CUISINART...

Wake up to tea on the terrace and fabulous views of pure white sand and turquoise sea, a walk along the beach or a quick dip before  enjoying breakfast by the pool and a delicious Italian coffee. Take your place on a lounger or if you're feeling energetic  walk or jog along the fitness route - a great way of exploring the beautiful gardens at CuisinArt. Hire a car and tour the island to discover some of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Followed by a fresh salad picked from the hydroponic farm or visit a local restaurant for the 'catch of the day'.  Take the ferry across to St Martins,  just a 20 minute trip, where Marigot is home to some great restaurants and excellent shopping. Alternatively spend an afternoon at the Venus Spa enjoying aromatherapy massage then relax in the thalassotherapy pool. You can of course, just relax on the beach, cool off in the crystal clear waters followed by cocktails and dinner. Sip champagne  at sunset and finish with dinner at the Santorini Restaurant...  Perfect.
