At the water’s edge on Mead’s Bay is the Carimar Beach Club - the ultimate Caribbean hideaway. The 24 luxurious villas are set around beautifully tended gardens or right on the pearl white sands of the bay. Although there is no pool, the resort’s gently sloping beach and crystal clear waters invite you to swim or snorkel safely. Nearby there are water sports and diving available for the more adventurous and right next door, for a small local charge, is a supervised playground to keep the younger members of the family entertained.

Each villa provides over 1100 sq.ft. of living and patio space with air conditioned bedroom and bathroom,  fully equipped fan cooled kitchen and balcony or patio with wonderful views of the tropical gardens and out to sea.

The world famous Blanchards restaurant is a two minute stroll along the beach and is not to be missed, try their Caribbean Sampler with oven crisped mahi mahi, roasted Anguilla lobster and spicy jerk chicken – delicious! If you don’t want to eat out every night you can buy one of the restaurant’s cookery books, everything you need to prepare wonderful homemade Caribbean food is available from the local supermarket only a five minute walk away to create a romantic beach-side dinner at home.
