850 acre Guana Island is one of the largest of the British Virgin Islands and one of the most private hideaways in the Caribbean. The 42 guest resort is built on the foundations of an 18th century Quaker estate comprising stone cottages with fantastic views of the Atlantic and the Caribbean. White Bay Beach is an easy walk or ride away.
Enjoy three meals a day plus wines at lunch and dinner, afternoon teas, coffee and snacks. The talented West Indian chefs provide excellent American, Continental and Caribbean cuisine and all meals are served on an open covered dining terrace with spectacular views of the other islands. You can even request your own 'castaway picnic' and beach barbecues. Lively Caribbean music is a weekly event made especially memorable when there's is a full moon and crab racing!
All rooms and villas have great views and are attractively decorated and comfortable; North Beach Cottage is the most private Beach house, all rooms are surrounded by open covered decks for dining, lounging or sunbathing. The Cottage has a natural sea pool. Harbour House is a two bedroom villa situated on the island's main ridge with an infinity pool and hot tub. This house can be rented as a one or two bedroom villa. Jost House is a luxurious three bedroom villa with the option of renting as a one, two or three bedroom villa. The main terrace has an infinity pool and hot tub. Rooms have use of a golf cart and on island activities including Hobie Wave, kayaks, windsurfers, pedal boats, tennis, snorkel and fishing equipment. Spa treatments, diving, water skiing, guided hikes, kite boarding boat charters and fishing trips are available at an extra charge.
