The Body Holiday LeSport offers a unique holiday experience: a body holiday in a tropical environment! The resort provides an incredible array of treatments and classes at the Oasis Spa, together with numerous sports and activities, with or without professional tuition - all included in the price.
Apart from the usual complimentary range of fitness activities, non motorised watersports, kayaking, sailing and tennis, you will find scuba diving, archery, fencing or cycling, with professional tuition if required and the services of a personal trainer. There is a full range of yoga, aromatherapy, massage, facial and other treatments available on a daily basis at The Oasis. During the summer there are guest instructors leading a series of masterclasses in a diverse range of topics and activities such as meditation, dance classes and aerobics.
Quite apart from sport and body treatments, food and drink are an essential part of The Body Holiday LeSport experience. Evenings start with a cocktail in the piano bar, followed by dinner accompanied by, perhaps a steel band or calypso singers, later maybe, fire eaters or limbo dancers, and, for those with the stamina, music for dancing until the small hours under the stars!.
There are 3 restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine, catering for the calorie conscious and the more indulgent! Options include tempting buffets, a la carte, Creole, Caribbean, International and East/West Asian fusion cuisine. (48 hour reservations required for some restaurants!)
Accommodation is in 154 rooms spread around the 18 acres of tropical gardens. A popular choice with single travellers too, due to the wide range of activities and reasonably priced single rooms. Overall, an outstanding all-inclusive, value for money, quality resort.
